LAHORE: A domestic servant was shifted to the burns ward of Mayo Hospital after she was burned alive here in Lahore on Friday, ARY News reports.
According to Abdul Razzaq, father of 14 year old Aqsa, her daughter was working for a couple named Hassan and Mari. He added that the man and woman shaved her daughter's head and burned her alive after dousing her with petrol.
The parents of Aqsa claim that their daughter was not being allowed to meet them and was being tortured for the past four months.
"The couple left her at Mayo Hospital after burning her alive and fled away", they added.
Hospital sources have stated that Aqsa is in a critical condition. The upper part of her body is burnt.
Police have started the search for the criminals.
