Major (R) Amir announces to quit dialogue
ISLAMABAD: Major (retd) Amir has announced to part ways with the ongoing dialogue process between the government and Taliban, ARY News reported on Monday.
Major Amir, a member of the government team negotiating with Taliban, in a statement said that some of the negotiators are using this noble work to attain their political objectives.
He said that the press is witness of the political use of the dialgue by the negotiators.
"I will meet Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali soon to inform him about the reasons behind my decision," he added.
