Malik says no favours in doctors transfers

QUETTA: Dr. Abdul Malik Baloch, the Chief Minister of Balochistan, has said that no recommendation will be taken in the recent transfers of doctors nor they will take any kind of pressure in this regard, ARY News reports.

He expressed his thoughts during a meeting at CM Secretariat here on Saturday to discuss the performance of the health department. Senior Provincial Minister Sanaullah Zehri along with other ministers were also present in the meeting.

The Chief Minister was briefed that strict action will soon be taken against the false medicine and a dental college will be inaugurated till March whereas the planning for the building of nursing college will begin soon.

Officials of the health department have said that all facilities along with gynecologists will be provided to the districts Panjgur, Jaffarabad, Naushki, Gawadar, Zob and Naseerabad within six months.
