Malik vows to bring forth facts about dead bodies found from Totak

QUETTA: Chief Minister Balochistan, Dr Abdul Malik Baloch has said that the issue of dead bodies found from Totak area of Khuzdar district will be kept transparent, an investigation team has been formed which will soon bring the facts before the people – ARY News reports.

Talking to media after a session of Balochistan Assembly on Tuesday, Dr Abdul Malik Baloch told that according to official sources some 13 dead bodies have been found from Totak.

He added that the bodies can be identified through different tests, which will be conducted.

Returning to a question about Bugti tribesmen, Malik said that Shazain Bugti, grandson of Nawab Akber Bugti was appealed to return to Quetta and it is hoped that he will soon do so.

A few days ago several dead bodies were found from Totak in three different mass graves, about which Baloch nationalist organizations had expressed their fears that these bodies might belong to the Baloch men found missing and had demanded transparent investigations of event.

Officials found these bodies after a shepherd pointed out mass graves.
