An injured man succumbed to his injuries in hospital.

The blast at a mobile phone market on the Mall Road area of Chaman carried out with remote-controlled device, police sources said.

Explosives planted in a bicycle detonated with a remote control device, sources said.

The loud blast, which caused panic and harassment in the area destroyed nearby parked vehicles and shattered windowpanes of buildings.
The injured persons were transferred to local government hospital for medical treatment where an injured succumbed to his injuries.

Police and FC personnel cordoned off the area and initiated investigation of the incident.

Chaman in southwestern Pakistani province of Balochistan has a border crossing to Afghanistan used for transportation of supplies to foreign troops in Afghanistan.
