Marvi visits AJK to promote loan scheme
KOTLI: Marvi Memon, Chief Cordinator of Prime Minister's Youth Loan Scheme and Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) official, claimed that she has been given the responsibility of removing the backwardness from the under developed areas, ARY News reports.
Addressing a ceremony here, Marvi Memon urged that PML-N officials should work harder each day so that employment opportunities should be provided to the youth.
She stated that she was told to work in the region for its backwardness but according to the applications Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) had the least number of applicants for the loan scheme. She claimed that the Federal Government also wants the youngsters of AJK to take loans on merit and finish unemployment.
Marvi Memon further said that the conditions of the loan scheme were relaxed to a considerable extent so that literate youth can benefit from the scheme and play their role in developing the country.
PML-N representative further claimed that the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif had envisioned that every youngster should take loan on merit basis and return it trustfully. "That's why the guarantor can be a family member of the applicant", she added.
