ISLAMABAD: Deputy Commissioner Khuzdar informed the Supreme Court of Pakistan (SC) that the bodies found from the mass grave in Khuzdar have not yet been identified, ARY News reports.
During the suo moto case hearing in Islamabad on Tuesday (today), DC Khuzdar told the Supreme Court that they inspected the mass grave after receiving its information from a person. He added that DNA samples of the buried people were sent after a post mortem was carried out.
He also informed the court that a judicial commission, formed under Justice Nur Mustanzai, is investigating the case and the probe will be completed within a month.
When asked by the Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJ) Tassaduq Hussain Jillani, DC Khuzdar replied that the DNA test report will be received till 6th February.
The hearing was adjourned till 7th March.
