Masses to announce a verdict on Sept 17, says Maryam

LAHORE: Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif’s daughter Maryam Nawaz on Monday said the court of justice would be established on September 17 and masses would announce a verdict in favor of Nawaz, ARY News reported.

“We accept the decision of his disqualification viewing rule of law and the Constitution, but masses have dismissed it,” she said addressing workers convention in Lahore.

She said she had brought review petition of injustice with Nawaz Sharif to the court of masses. We do not approve subjugation and injustice with Nawaz, she added.

Maryam is currently busy in campaigning for her mother for the by-poll on NA-120 seat of National Assembly which was vacated after Nawaz was disqualified by the Supreme Court in historic Panama Case.

“Now the time has arrived for the masses to decide and they have repudiated the court verdict. Future of the politics of conspiracies and those doing politics of pawns was bleak,” he said.

She said those who were supposed to be the judge in Panama Case have become claimant.

The former PM’s daughter asked if this was right that the prime minister who got into power through millions of votes was deserted on the basis of a paper of Iqama.
