RAWALPINDI: A man splashed acid on a minor girl for unidentified reasons in an outskirt area of Pindi, ARY News reported Wednesday.
Shagufta, 10, came under acid attack by a man in Bahar Colony area of Rawalpindi. The affected girl is grade-2 student.
Her mother told that an unknown man scaled a wall of the house, threw acid on her daughter, who was asleep, and fled.
The girl was immediately taken to Benazir Bhutto Hospital in Pindi. Doctors say the girl’s condition was out of danger.
