‘Missing’ youth recovered from actress Madiha Shah’s house
LAHORE: Punjab police on Wednesday claimed to have recovered a “missing” youth from actress Madiha Shah’s house in Lahore, ARY News reported.
According to ARY News correspondent, police recovered a 22-year-old youth named Ahmed from the actress’ residence eight days after the youth’s parents registered a missing complaint with the law enforcement agency.
The youth told police that he was unemployed and went to the actress’ house looking for job as he used to work for her as a driver in the past. The actress too maintained that Ahmed came to her house looking for job.
Ahmed’s family, on the other hand, claimed that the Madiha made Ahmed a drug addict and they plan to take legal action against the actress.
Known for films like Majajan and Laat Sahab, the yesteryear’s popular actress denied all claims made by youth’s family.
In a video message, Madiha said that Ahmed was her former employee who came to her for help for his family threw him out of the house.
“He is just like my young brother so I listened to him like an elder sister but while I was listening to his ordeal, the police came and took him away,” said the actress.
Madiha maintained that the youth’s family threatened her with dire consequences if she doesn’t give them money and “staged this drama to blackmail” her.
She added that she will take legal action against Ahmad’s family.
