Missing people not with FC, states IG FC in Balochistan Unrest Case

ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court (SC) of Pakistan has sought a detailed report from the IG FC in the Balochistan Unrest and Missing Persons Case, whereas the IG FC told that names of the missing people presented in the court are not in FC's custody – ARY News reports.

According to details, the acting IG FC appeared before the SC during the hearing of the case on Thursday. The acting IG told the court that FC had 10 people under custody, out of which 3 have been identified, whereas any of the names of the missing people presented here, are not with FC.

At which, the apex court directed him to present a detailed report on December 26 and adjourned the hearing.

During the hearing, the president of Balochistan High Court (BHC) Bar stated that 26 doctors were abducted from in the province and all of them were released after paying off the ransom.

To which the police officials responded that security has been provided to the Civil Hospital and private clinics. Other than this if the doctors request for personal security, they will be issued arms licenses immediately, added the police officials.
