PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) expressed its resentment today against non-appearance of interior secretary in missing persons case, ARY News reported Wednesday.
The Chief Justice PHC Mazhar Alam and Justice Manzoor Hussain conducted hearing into the missing persons’ case.
Director Legal on behalf of Defence Ministry presented a list of 484 missing people into the court.
On statement of attorney general that more grounds were being inspected in missing persons’ case, the court remarked that it was unfortunate that grounds were still being checked in cases related to 2008 and 2009.
The court adjourned the hearing till tomorrow.
