KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) has challenged the arrest of party worker Fahad Aziz in the Sindh High Court (SHC) here on Monday, ARY News reports.
The petition was submitted in High Court by MQM leaders Farooq Sattar and Barrister Farogh Naseem.
Fahad Aziz was arrested by Police as he was returning from his wedding in the area of Shah Faisal Colony. He was shifted to a hospital in critical state as his condition deteriorated in the police custody.
Aziz was later released on personal bail.
MQM representatives have stated their stance on the extra judicial killing of their workers and their missing party members in the petition.
