LONDON: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) observed Day of Martyrs to pay tribute to the workers who sacrificed their lives for the party – ARY News reports on Tuesday.
Ceremonies were held in the cities of London, Birmingham, Manchester, Sheffield and Bradford in which party workers, women and children participated. Convener of Raabta Committee Nadeem Nusrat, RC members, Dr. Farooq Sattar, Adil Siddiqui, Senator Babar Ghouri , Senator Barrister Farrukh Naseem, Senator Haseeb Khan, National Assembly member Khwaja Sohail and Sindh Assembly member Rauf Siddiqui were also present.

On the occasion, Dr. Farooq Sattar said that the party cannot be finished despite of the conspiracies made to alienate the masses away from the party chief Altaf Hussain. He added that the workers have faced these kinds of plots before and will foil it through their unity.
