MQM surprised over Rangers' 'inaction' against barricades
In a statement of MQM’s coordination Committee London issued here, it said that the Pakistan Rangers (Sindh), after the raid at MQM headquarters Nine Zero and subsequent arrest of several people from there, had announced to ‘remove all barriers across Karachi especially from outside the offices of political parties indiscriminately’.
They said that the deadline expired yesterday and the citizens are in astonishment that the paramilitary force neither removed the barriers from anywhere in the city, nor it raided the office of any political party.

The MQM body said that the people in streets felt aggrieved and questioned each other whether Rangers’ statement of an ‘across the board operation’ was just a ‘political remark’.
