MQM all set to join Sindh govt today

KARACHI: Mutahidda Qaumi Movement and Pakistan People’s Party have resolved their differences, with the former likely to join the PPP-led Sindh coalition government today, ARY News reported.

The oath-taking ceremony of MQM ministers will take place today at the Governor House, Karachi.

According to sources, Adil Siddiqui and Abdul Haseeb are likely to be made advisors in the provincial set-up.

Similarly, Dr. Sagheer Ahmed will be allotted health ministry, while Rauf Siddiqui will be given ministry of industries, sources said.

They added that MQM leader Faisal Sabzwari will be made advisor to chief minister. However, according to some media reports, Mr. Sabzwari is likely to be allotted youth affairs ministry.
