MQM’s parliamentarians strongly criticized programs aired on ARY News and declared them as media trial. The protesters also demanded immediately halting the media trial of their party.
MQM MPA in Sindh Assembly, Sardar Ahmed claimed that the media portraying the good as evil.
MQM Leader Faisal Sabzwari questioned why the media trial of only MQM is being conducted.

He further said that the operation against MQM has raised concerns over the government’s intention and tje court’s functionality.
“Even the worst criminals are allowed to give their account of an event in courts but why MQM workers don’t?” Faisal Sabzwari asked.
He vowed to raise these issues in Sindh Assembly session.
ARY News anchor person Kashif Abbasi denying MQM’s allegations said that a discussion on a news report cannot be termed as media trial.
“We don’t make reports but only take views on it”, said the anchor person.
Kashif Abbasi said that giving perception that ARY New is against MQM is wrong.
