The body of Suhail Ahmed, the unit in-charge of Society Sector of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) was found from Mochko police station jurisdiction.
Suhail was taken by some plain clothed men on December 15.
The funeral prayers of Suhail Ahmed offered at Rehmania Masjid at Tariq Road. The members of MQM Rabita Committee, the party’s members of national and provincial assemblies and large number of party workers attended the funeral prayers.
Suhail was later laid to rest at Society Graveyard.
MQM Chief Altaf Hussain while condemning the killings of the MQM workers had held the government of Sindh responsible for the murders.
Karachi and several other cities of Sindh observed strike on the call of MQM to observe a day of mourning today.
