ISLAMABAD: Special Court, hearing treason case against former military ruler Pervez Musharraf, reserved its decision over the defence counsel's demand for the inquiry report of FIA, ARY News reported on Friday.

The special court comprises of three high court judges headed by Justice Faisal Arab hearing the case.

Defence counsel Barrister Farogh Naseem in his arguments yesterday said that those consulted with and assisted Pervez Musharraf for the decision about proclamation of emergency on November 03, 2007, should also be included in the case.

Barrister Naseem argued that the inquiry report of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) will shed light on the matter and a clear picture of things will emerge.

The court reserved its verdict on the defence request and adjourned the hearing till April 28.
