TOP NEWS

ISLAMABAD: The counsel of General (R) Pervez Musharraf, Ahmed Raza Kasuri has said that the country had suffered in the constitutional debate, Musharraf imposed emergency for saving the state – ARY News reports.

Talking to media here on Friday, Ahmed Raza Kasuri told that General (R) Pervez Musharraf imposed emergency to save the state as it had already suffered a lot in the constitutional debate.

He further objected on the special court saying that its formation was not under the constitution and law, whereas the judges hearing Musharraf's case are also biased.

Lashing out at the public prosecutor Akram Sheikh, Kasuri referred Sheikh as persecutor rather than prosecutor.

At an instant, he claimed that India tends to make people of Pakistan confront the military and to make irreparable loss to Pakistan without firing a single bullet.
