ISLAMABAD: Special Court hearing treason charges against former military ruler Pervez Musharraf likely to frame charges against him today, ARY News reports. 

The court headed by Justice Faisal Arab hearing treason case against Musharraf for proclamation of emergency in November 2007.

The counsels of the former president yesterday said that the retired General will not appear before the Special Court in high-treason case on Tuesday due to terror threat. 

The relatives and lawyers of Musharraf have advised him to refrain from attending the court proceedings due to security reasons, sources said. 

The Interior Ministry in a letter  described serious threat to him. The letter mentioned that a bomb can possibly be planted alongside his route to make it to the court.                                    
Islamabad police chief has said the route of the convoy of the former President will be sealed completely to avoid any mishap.

General (R) Pervez Musharraf has to appear before the special court today in the high treason hearing against him.
