ISLAMABAD: The hearing of the treason trial against former President and Army Chief Pervez Musharraf will resume on Friday (today) in Islamabad, ARY News reports.
In the hearing on Thursday, Defence Counsel Barrister Farogh Naseem had said it was insincere of the federal government to not provide the investigation report prepared by the Federal Investigation Authority (FIA).
He had further inquired that why the report is being hidden from the accused whereas it can be provided to journalists.
Farogh Naseem had pleaded the court for issuing orders to provide the report.
It should be noted that Anti-Terrorism Court has also summoned Pervez Musharraf in the Judges Detention Case today as well.
