Musharraf Trial: Special Court hears objections today
ISLAMABAD: Special Court hearing the former President Pervez Musharraf Treason Trial will hear the objections filed on its formation here in Islamabad on Monday (today), ARY News reports.
Defence Lawyer Khalid Ranjha will argue that the trial against Pervez Musharraf can only be held in a military court under Army Act.
On the other hand, sources reported that the federal government will contact the special court to hear the details of the conditions Musharraf made with the United States during 9/11.
The petition is expected to be submitted next week.
