Musharraf's arrival to Karachi is first step towards his escape: Khursheed Shah
GUJRANWALA: Leader of the Opposition in National Assembly Syed Khursheed Shah termed Gen. Rtd. Pervaiz Musharraf reaching to Karachi as the first step towards escape from the country, ARY News reported.
Seinor Leader of Pakistan People's Party (PPP) said allowing Musharraf to go Karachi paves the way for his escape and Sindh government will be alleged for his run away from the country.
Speaking to media on Sunday in a marriage ceremony at Gujranwala on Sunday, Khursheed Shah criticized government's progress by saying "Nawaz Sharif's policies have brought everything at worse where common man is deprived of basic necessities”.
The Opposition Leader has demanded the government to disclose name of released Taliban prisoners as well as to take effective measures for the release of Yousuf Raza Gillani and Salman Taseer’s sons.
Answering about Shaikh Rasheed’s demand for imposing Martial Law, Syed Khursheed Shah said he is just like a king and he can say anything.
