LAHORE: Majlis Wahdatul Muslimeen (MWM) has announced to stage countrywide protest demonstrations against talks with Taliban on Friday, whilst Allama Raja Nasir Abbas has inquired the PTI Chairman Imran Khan as to why is he backing out from negotiations now – ARY News reports.
Addressing a press conference here on Wednesday, Allama Raja Nasir Abbas lashed out at the PTI Chief, Imran Khan. He urged the nation to be thankful for Imran Khan did not come into power from the entire state, for if this had happened then there would be chaos everywhere.
The MWM Chief while expressing reservations on negotiations with Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), said ironically, "Taliban are negotiating with Taliban and referred it all as a drama".
He stated that Taliban are being portrayed as heroes, whilst military is being made weak according to a conspiracy.
Moreover, Abbas also expressed solidarity with Kashmiris on account of Kashmir Day being observed worldwide.
