NAB serves notices to two more Sindh ministers

The anti-graft body has taken up an inquiry against ten people including provincial minister and leaders of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP).

Sources today said that the NAB has summoned Sindh Minister for Industry, Muhammad Ali Malkani and sought explanation from him for making assets beyond his income.

The minister will be handed a pro forma, added sources, which will have to be filled by him.

NAB sources further said that complaint verification is underway against provincial minister Dost Muhammad Rahimoon, however investigations against him are in initial phase.

On the whole, NAB investigations are underway against ten people including Dost Muhammad Rahimoon, Pir Mazharul Haq, Ali Mardan Shah, Sharjeel Memon, Muhammad Ali Malkani and Giyan Chand Israni.

Inquiries against Dr Asim Hussain, Mir Munawwar Talpur, Rauf Khoso and Noor Muhammad Shah are also underway.

The inquiry against Minister of Excise and Taxation Giyan Chand Israni is also in its initial phase.
