KARACHI: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has summoned former Sindh chief minister Qaim Ali Shah in the case pertaining to illegal transfer of land, ARY News reported.
According to details, the NAB will grill him on November 5 at Karachi office in the case of transfer of several thousand acres of land in Malir. Currently the anti-graft body is investigating 19 corruption cases against important figures in Sindh.
Qaim Shah has thrice served as the chief minister of Sindh. Last time he continuously served as the CM for eight years in his two tenures, which is the longest in the province on this post.

On the flip side, the NAB has summoned Salman Shehbaz and Hamza Shehbaz in the case pertaining to possession of assets beyond known sources of income.
According to the details, a NAB team will interrogate from the two sons of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif in the said case on Friday.
Earlier in the day, the Lahore High Court (LHC) had issued notice to the NAB after granting protective bail to the opposition leader in Punjab Assembly, Hamza Shehbaz Sharif, until November 13.
