Nation now wants anti-terror plan in force: PM

Chairing the meeting of heads of all Parliamentary Parties, the PM said special courts are to be set-up under the proposed amendment and would be established for a specific period of two years.

Mr. Sharif expressed hope that all the participants of the meeting would endorse the bill on National Action Plan.


Nation now wants anti-terror plan in force PM

The PM said the draft of constitutional amendment would be tabled in the National Assembly session today [Friday]. He urged the political leadership to finalize draft of constitutional amendment for setting up courts for trying terrorists.

He stressed upon the political leader that “We would have to be united and determined to take NAP to its logical end.”

Earlier in his speech, the PM thanked all parties for joining hands with the government to crush terrorism.
