TOP NEWS

MIRANSHAH: Thousands of families continue to migrate from North Waziristan tribal region for the fifth consecutive day, in the wake of Pakistan Air Force (PAF) jets' bombings in the vicinity – ARY News reports.

According to details, scores of masses from North Waziristan are migrating to different parts of the country via Bannu. The displaced people are complaining of Government's negligence despite of knowing the fact that they are not able enough to make a living.

PAF jets have been pounding militant hideouts in the locality for quite some days, surgical strikes at terrorists' strongholds came into sight after Taliban claimed responsibility of the attack on police in Karachi and the killing of 23 Frontier Constabulary (FC) men held captive since 2010, a few days ago.

Many of the poor tribal men are reported to be stranded in North Waziristan for not having money to pay off to get transported to safer areas; others evacuated selling out their livestock and other goods at lower rates.
