NAWABSHAH: Two persons was killed while 15 others were injured in an earthquake at Nawabshah and its neighbouring areas, ARY News reports on Friday.
The magnitude of the earthquake was recorded five on rector scale.
According to police, one person was killed and 17 others were killed due to the earhquake. They were shifted to Civil Hospital Nawabshah.
Emergency has been imposed in the hospitals by the district administration.
People came out of their houses due to the fear of aftershocks.
According to Irfan Kathia, Deputy Commissioner of Nawabshah, all schools in Nawabshah will remain closed today.
