“The rulers are telling lies to people to evade accountability,” he said while talking to media at his residence in Bani Gala, Islamabad.

Nawaz Sharif is in London these days for open-heart surgery. In an unprecedented move, a high-level Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) meeting has decided that the prime minister of Pakistan will address cabinet meetings and other important conferences, including upcoming national budget, through video link from London.

Pervez Rashid had criticised the PTI chairman for warning to stage sit-in “at a time when democratic government of Pakistan needs stability”.
