ISLAMABAD: As countdown to much-awaited verdict in Panama case begins, speculations and predictions over the verdict too have been surfaced with a hike in political campaign in solidarity of ruling and opposition parties particularly Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI), ARY News reported.

It is much apparent by the media talks, tweets, and predictions of the politicians that how the issue has mesmerized not only them but entire nation as the news relating the verdict is also in media limelight for last 24 hours.

Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif, the premier’s brother, while speaking to media persons in Kasur said that Nawaz Sharif would remain the Prime Minister by stating Zardari had confessed to own Surray Palace, however, he was not questioned about it by exempting him from accountability, he added.

“Those who make political statements should look within themselves first”, he said, adding who would provide cheap power projects by saving Rs one billion.

He called elder brother Nawaz Sharif as ‘Mard-e-Ahan’ (Iron Man).

He also lambasted corrupt political leaders for speaking against the ruling party, without specifying names. He said they are claiming to pay taxes worth million of rupees but they never disclose all sources of their income.

The historic verdict in PanamaLeaks case is expected to be announced at 2:00 pm today.
