According to details, Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari tweeted a message on Twitter, calling for Nawaz Sharif to step down. Bilawal stated that Nawaz had failed to explain himself and should hence, resign.

The tweet came a during the Prime Minister’s address to the nation. Nawaz Sharif had claimed during his address that he was innocent and also announced he would write a letter to the Chief Justice of Pakistan to form a judicial commission to probe the Panama papers controversy.
This is a significant development since the PPP has since not demanded the Prime Minister resign from his post over the controversy.
