ISLAMABAD: “Carrying on negotiations with Taliban under the present circumstances seems inequitable”, said Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, ARY News reported.
Addressing a press conference in Islamabad on Thursday evening, Chaudhry Nisar said the decision to suspend talks with Taliban has been taken by Prime Minster Mian Mohammad Nawaz Sharif after the having consultation with Military leadership.
The Minister said that terrorism and negations cannot be conducted together.
“Talks cannot be proceeded further till the closure of bloodbath”, Nisar added.
He said soon after the Karachi blast government had approximately decided for military operation but provided Taliban another opportunity for negotiations.
Chaudhry Nisar said that one shouldn’t doubt military skills.
