HUNGARY: Lego fans in Hungary set a new world record by building the highest Lego tower in front of Saint Stephen's Basilica in Budapest, ARY News has learnt.
According to details, it took four days to complete the 114-foot (34.76) metre high tower, as construction of Lego tower began on Wednesday with several school children taking part helped by official Danish Lego constructors.
Officials from the Guinness world record company arrived in Budapest on Saturday to verify the record.
Previously, the record was held by US, who had construted a 113-foot high tower.
