Nisar calls Taliban, play cricket
LAHORE: Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali has challenged Taliban to play cricket instead of using any other platform, ARY News reported on Monday.
Nisar was talking to media after playing a few shots during a cricket event in Lahore where he was invited as the chief guest.
Nisar invited the Taliban to play cricket, saying members of the militant group were avid viewers of the matches played by Pakistan.
Nisar said the match with Taliban will prove decisive. He said the security agencies will ensure safety of the country.
He said any option can be used for the sake of peace and called the people to get united and be determined.
