ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Chaudhary Nisar Ali Khan on Sunday contacted the PTI chief Imran Khan and exchanged views on negotiations with the Taliban, ARY News reported.
Sources told that in the wake of contact between the two leaders, a meeting between Imran and Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is also expected.
They told that Nisar contacted the PTI chief on instructions of the prime minister.
It is learnt that PML-N wants to take PTI on board on the issue of Taliban and peace talks. In either cases – operation or dialogues – PML-N is willing to take into confidence the Imran Khan-led PTI.
