ISLAMABAD: Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan issuing the security orders for Chehlum of Hazrat Imam Hussain (Radi Allah Anhu) on Sunday directed for the foolproof security arrangements on the occasion, ARY News reported.
Chaudary Nisar chaired a high-level meeting in Islamabad gave orders for aerial review of security of sensitive areas.
He advised the armed forces to remain on high alert to counter any act of violence ensuring peace on the occasion.
“It is the duty of law enforcement agencies to provide complete security to the people and a better coordination between provinces and the capital will highly appreciated”, he added.
The Minister said that intelligence agencies and civil armed forces are providing full support to the provinces.
Interior Minister said that anyone find to be involved in destroying peace of the country on the occasion would be dealt with an iron hand.
