KARACHI: Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan called on Governor of Sindh Doctor Ishratul Ebad Khan in Governor House, Karachi on Saturday, ARY News reported.
During the meeting, they discussed law and order situation of the province including Karachi and the performance of law enforcement agencies. Both agreed on making the ongoing targeted operation against criminals in the city more effective.
Interior Minister pledged full support of the federal government to make the operation successful as per public’s expectation.
The two leaders agreed that the success of the operation depends on the cooperation of the public. As public have to play its role to identify terrorists and criminal elements. They said that Pakistan's economic development is mainly depends on the peace in the country.
