No party has reservations on LB elections: CM Sindh
SUKKUR: Chief Minister Sindh, Syed Qaim Ali Shah has said that the death anniversary of Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto will be observed on a greater scale, for which all the preparation have been made – ARY News reports.
Talking to media at Circuit House here on Wednesday, Qaim Ali Shah said that Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto was an international political figure and she served the people and the country for 30 years of her life.
Returning to a question about reservations on Local Body (LB) elections, he told that no political party has objections on the elections, reservations are on the amendments made in the Sindh Local Government (LG) Act.
He added that we are trying to take all those on-board, who have reservations, to sort out the issue.
Shah further said that the overall situation on Chehlum remained well and the miscreants could not succeed in fulfilling their motives.
