Bollywood superstar Salman Khan launched teh trailer of his upcoming film Bajrangi Bhaijaan yesterday. Salman stated that no producer in Bollywood could cast all three Khans in the same film, as they could not afford them.

“We would love to do a film together. Today they (producers) can’t afford to make a film with one Khan. No one can afford to do a film taking three of us,” Salman told reporters here at the launch of the trailer of Bajrangi Bhaijaan.

Bajrangi Bhaijaan is a story of a character played by Salman who is on a mission to rescue a Pakistani girl (played by Harshaali Malhotra). The girl gets lost in India and it is none other than the uber macho Sallu mian who comes to her rescue and helps her to return back to her country. Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan plays Salman’s love interest whereas Nawazuddin Siddiqui adds strength to the cast.

Earlier, rumours had been circulating in the media and Bollywood circles were ablaze with the gossip that Aamir, Salman and Shah Rukh might star in a movie altogether. However, Shah Rukh was quick to dismiss such reports and deny that there was any truth to it.

Salman also stated that Shah Rukh and Aamir Khan were his brothers and thanked the two Khans for promoting his film.

“It’s because of Aamir and Shah Rukh that our film (Bajrangi Bhaijaan) has got eyeballs. Extra interest. They are my buddy brothers. I thank them,” Salman said.

It’s good to see that the three competing and often feuding Khans have decided to patch up. Not only have the Khans of Bollywood reconciled but the trio have also promoted each others films and shown support for each other. Salman does make a case when he says the three Khans are not affordable yet fans would do anything to see all three in one movie!
