No question of mid-term elections is state, says Shahbaz

LAHORE: The Chief Minister of Punjab, Shahbaz Sharif has said that there is no question of mid-term elections in the country, ARY News reported.

Talking to media on Saturday, Shahbaz Sharif said that a change can only come in the state through elections, while the question of mid-term polls is out of context.

He claimed that the people of Pakistan will foil every long march; this country was not formed as a result of any march.

The Chief Minister said the Independence Day is meant of revitalizing the pledge of working for the betterment of the country and it should not be made controversial.

Shahbaz claimed that the long march of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) is aimed at obstructing the economic growth of the country.
