‘No reservations on President Xi Jinping’s visit to India’

During the weekly media briefing on Thursday, Tasneem Aslam said that Pakistan respects its neighboring states and it has no reservations on the Chinese President Xi Jinping’s visit to India. “The Chinese President will soon visit Pakistan”, added the Spokesperson.

She clarified that Pakistan has made no appeal to the world fraternity for helping the flood-victims.

Speaking about cross-border attacks from Afghan territory, the FO Spokesperson said that Pakistan has strongly protested to the Afghan Government over the attacks and demanded it to end terrorist strongholds within its territory.

She also told that Pakistan and UAE have an extradition treaty; however both the countries have not exchanged any prisoner since July 2013.

Moreover, Tasneem Aslam said that the French Embassy in Islamabad has been permitted to construct a protective wall around it.
