No room for a Christian Prime Minister in Pakistan: Liaquat Baloch
LAHORE: Secretary General of Jamat e Islami (JI), Liaquat Baloch has said that PPP Chairman, Bilawal Bhutto's wish to see a Christian Prime Minister of Pakistan is against the Constitution – ARY News reports.
According to details, Liaquat Baloch stated on Thursday that Bilawal Bhutto's wish of Christian Prime Minister is in contrast with the Constitution of Pakistan.
He quoted that according to the Constitution, "Pakistani Prime Minister must be having faith on Islam and End of Prophethood".
Liaquat said that there can be no Christian Prime Minister according to the national charter of Pakistan.
