Non-availability of coach result pre-quarter final exit: Pakistan U21 cueists

KARACHI: Pakistan’s Under-21 Snooker team returned home on Tuesday after participating in the 25th IBSF World Under-21 Snooker Championship 2014 Al Fujairah, United Arab Emirates (UAE), ARY News reported.

Pakistan U-21 performed well in the championship reaching pre-quarter final stage of the event.

Speaking to media at Karachi Airport on Tuesday, players said the non-availability coach resulted defeat in the pre quarter final stage.

Meanwhile, the players expressed hope of performing better in the Asian Championship requesting Pakistan Billiards and Snooker Association (PBSA) to provide before the event.

Among Pakistan cueist Mohammad Majid Ali was the only who reached the pre-quarter final stage of World Championship while Hamza Akbar, Mohammad Haris Nadeem and Mohammad Fahim had faced defeats in the early stages of the knockout phase.
