Amir Khan case: Non-bailable arrest warrants for five absconders issued

The five accused are: Imran Ejaz, Raees alias Mama, Minhaj Qazi, Naeem Mullah and Shehzad Mullah. All of them are still absconding.

The hearing was adjourned till December 15, 2015.

The ATC on October 31 had extended bail to MQM leader till Nov 23 against a surety bond of Rs1 million. Khan had undergone a 90-day detention period following his arrest in the March 11 raid at Nine Zero.

Amir Khan was also directed by the court to not leave the country without the court’s permission and also appear before it at every hearing.

The MQM leader was also sent to the central prison on a judicial remand after issuance of his arrest warrants.
