In a statement from Karachi, Sharjeel Memon said that Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) wants democracy to grow in the country.
“Staging protests is the democratic right of the people. Nawaz Sharif is reminding the country of martial law by targetting political parties for revenge”, Sharjeel said.
He stated that the federal government will be responsible if anything happens to the country in the name of protests.
