Notorious gangster threatens to kill Salman Khan in Jodhpur

MUMBAI: A Punjab-based gangster hurled open threats to Bollywood star Salman Khan, warning that he would kill him in Jodhpur, but Khan seems to be fearless in the wake of threats.

Khan is back to work again after the shoot of his ‘Race 3’ was stopped abruptly by the Mumbai police following death threats issued to the actor from gangster Lawrence Bishnoi with regard to the Blackbuck case, Salman is back to business.

The gangster had earlier triggered panic in Jodhpur after his hitmen killed an electronic businessman Vasudev Israni and also carried out multiple shootings for extortions.

“I have not done anything till now, the police have been framing me unnecessarily,” he said. Reacting to his comments, Police Commissioner Ashok Rathore said that they are aware of Bishnoi’s comments.

“We are aware of the gangster’ intentions to kill Salman Khan, but we have already made security arrangements with regard to Salman Khan’s safety,” said Rathore.

Jodhpur police had arrested Bishnoi for his involvement in twin cases of firing. He was again arrested by the police for his involvement in the murder of Israni.

According to reports, after wrapping up a steamy dance number with Jacqueline Fernandez, Salman kicked off the five-day shoot for the title track, with Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Jacqueline, Daisy Shah, Saqib Saleem and Freddy Daruwala, at a city studio.

Needless to mention, the security on the sets has been beefed up.
Despite asking to lay low for some time, the actor had been reportedly rehearsing with his co-stars and director-choreographer Remo D’souza in between scenes last week despite having little time to spare what with the Bigg Boss finale and other commitments.
