Operation Zarb-e Azb: Latest airstrikes killed 27 terrorists
MIR ALI: In the latest jet aircraft strikes of Pakistan Army, 27 terrorists were killed in Mir Ali and surroundings areas this afternoon while 11 Terrorist’s hideouts were destroyed. ARY News reported.
According to Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), huge cache or arms and ammunition were also destroyed.
Earlier in the morning, air strikes on terrorist’s hideouts in Khyber Agency killed 20 Terrorists destroying their 12 hideouts.
A vehicle borne suicide attack attempt was foiled in Spinwam area of North Waziristan Agency this afternoon.
According to details a single cabin explosive laden vehicle tried to approach a check post outside a civil hospital when soldiers on duty, spotted and fired at the vehicle. Two soldiers and a civilian embraced shahadat when nearby roof of a building collapsed due to explosion.
Furthermore, as per political administration, following the relocation of residents the curfew has been imposed once again in the area to foil fleeing effort of militants.
