Opposition ends protest against Chaudhry Nisar's misconduct

ISLAMABAD: A meeting of the parliamentary party of the opposition parties in the National Assembly was held earlier today, in which the Opposition decided to end its protest against the inappropriate behavior of Chaudhry Nisar – ARY News reports.

According to details, opposition parties decided to end their protest against misconduct of the Federal Interior Minister, Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan in realm of the worsened law and order situation of the country.

The meeting also decided that a policy statement regarding talks with Taliban can only be acceptable if the Prime Minister issues it himself.

Opposition parties demanded the Government to inform the Parliament about advancements pertaining to negotiations with Taliban and increasing terrorism in the state.

Moreover, the members of the opposition parties also exchanged their views on increasing inflation in the country.
